Our quality policy is to provide customer satisfaction in terms of quality, cost, delivery and service. By acquiring global corporate competiveness through continued improvements in quality and processes, we have defined the following quality policies so as to contribute and service our society and nation.
Managers at each function/level will establish short-term and long-term quality targets for continuous quality improvements and plan activities necessary to achieve such targets. Such activities are open to all employees within our Quality Management System.
In order to achieve the above quality policies and quality targets, our vice president shall be designated as the management agent in order to oversee the satisfaction of all requirements of ISO/TS 16949:2009, establish quality management systems and foster understanding at all levels of the organization. To guarantee maintenance of quality levels, all employees are trained and educated to foster continuous improvements and growth.
